Ben Chimes Realtor Website

Ben Chimes Realtor Website

The Client: Ben Chimes (Vancouver real estate)

Project Description: Widen the website from 750px to 960px.  Alter the existing website colours, links and fonts and reformat content areas from a standard template to a template that  matches the branding. Re-design blog with large date titles and friendly navigation.

Client Testimonial: “A big shout out to @tribalyell. Everyone who has seen the new site loves it…I am HAPPY. He is the man!”

What makes this project interesting is that it’s the first website on TribalYell’s portfolio that is not completely custom. It is an edit of an existing myRealPage template with tools provided inside the client’s login. MyRealPage lets the website owner make significant changes without having to hire a designer or marketing person. Although we have a number of packages for template editing, we don’t do a lot of them unless the Realtor is too busy to do it themselves, which is the case with Ben Chimes.

Find out about the Template Reno Package (for WordPress too) or book a time here: Project booking calendar.

Before and after shots.

Ben Chimes website before

Not a bad design to start with. Adjusted by him already.

Ben Chimes website After

Wider layout, text and background reversed, styling to many dynamic areas.
