Happy clients here

I first talked to Paul when I was looking for a fresh look for my website. After just a few minutes of speaking with him, I knew he was the right man for the job. Paul has the rare ability to combine technical expertise with strong communication skills... this made it easy to transition from my rough vision of what I wanted my web presence to entail to into the reality of a site that I am extremely happy with. In addition to responding to my desires, Paul was able to add his own creative flair to the website in a manner that I was very impressed with. I truly can't say enough good things about the work Paul has done and recommend him to anyone who asks.

Real Estate Website for Judy Shih
Posted in: Projects, Uncategorized, Websites by Paul McEwan on January 16, 2012 | No Comments
The Client: Judy Shih
Testimonial: “TribalYell was extremely easy to work with and very patient. They were always prompt in returning my calls or emails as there is a lot of back an forth when trying to build a website. They made the process easy and painless. I would highly recommend them” ~Judy Shih
Project Description: We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves working for Judy. She had a vision and we listened, presented, refined and programmed the approved design. Like many websites, there is more that could be done to this one and we published it at a perfect point for additions. Unlike printed materials we can publish a website before it’s completed. How do your visitors know it’s not completed? We can then add to the website at anytime your budget allows us to move forward to the next version. We can create a version plan for your next website project. Give us a call or drop us an email.
Intel is making friends with everyone

Intel, the maker of the chip we all thought was married to the PC, which became synonymous with Windows, until they started making chips for Apple computers, has released their own mobile phone. Did they use the Windows operating system? nope. Did they use Apple’s iOS? not allowed. They used Google’s latest version of Android as their OS of choice. The machine is remarkable. Take a look at the video demonstration.

The Client: Harpreet Christie www.bordercityrealestate.com
Project Description: Harpreet Christie, a REALTOR® in Lloydminster Alberta, has been talking to us for some time about creating a more solid identity for herself. At her request we gave her pricing for a logo and new website. She told us she would budget for that and get back to us. About six months later Harpreet gave us the go-ahead to start and here we are with her new logo. At this writing her website is being completed and we are starting to move the branding into other areas such as business cards and social media.

A Place to Sell your Co-op
Posted in: Projects, Uncategorized, Websites by Paul McEwan on March 30, 2010 | No Comments
The Client: Jay Peterson as part of RE/MAX Real Estate Services
Project Description: A Website for Jay Peterson’s Only Co-ops website
To be a Realtor that sells co-ops and market to this audience is a Realtor who understands niche marketing. This niche is not related to a geographical area like traditional “farm” areas. Co-ops are all over the lower mainland and Vancouver. MyRealPage allows the Realtor to dig for and display only their particular niche. This type of “Deep Search” display is available to all myRealPage customers as well as the ability to add the custom icons on the map that display the listings as you can see in the Only Co-ops website. Onlyco-ops.com
Menu removed from home page to direct traffic and help speed decision making process. A simple and non-spam mortgage calculator added to every page. Website widened. Map search for co-ops.
Robert Crowe logo and market branding
Posted in: Branding, Logo Design, Print Media, Projects, Uncategorized, Websites by Paul McEwan on February 13, 2010 | No Comments
The Client: Robert Crowe (RE/MAX Real Estate Services)
Project Description: Create a personal logo mark and content copy. Brand it onto all requested marketing materials.
Robert Crowe has been in the real estate business along time and had decided it was time to get authentic with marketing. It’s one thing to look good but it’s another thing entirely to look good in a way that authentically attracts the eyes who will relate specifically to you. Also, content writing about who he is needed to be created. We’re not talking sales writing but a story of where he came from and what’s important to him. Without getting into the reasons of why this works here, it’s important to know that this works. Video blogs might work the same way for those who want to do that every day. Day in day out. Video blogging is not Robbert Crowe.
The Website
Not pictured but worth a look is, of course, the website layout we did on an Ubertor template and implemented by an Ubertor approved vendor/designer, The Marketing Guy. We design for most real estate website platforms.
Pre-printed Shells
We still do a lot of these too. Postcard shells. These are printed full colour, single sided on a 12pt coated stock leaving the back blank for imprinting content. An average imprint is about 1500 pieces. Since you’re going to ask: 10,000 shells as described above runs about $700. The more you get, the better the price.
Completed as part of the work done at RE/MAX Real Estate Services.
