Advertising was a bad word for a while in real estate. Data driven, content driven, social media driven or however we choose to reach our audience we still need to catch the eye of a human and make connections using colour, fonts and iconic imagery. It’s simple – but not that simple. Real estate advertising needs to be more clever than Just Sold, Just Listed and Free Home Evaluation campaigns.
