Advertising Alternative

Well this is a great idea. To bad we don’t see it everywhere. Why not?

Last week I posted about the state of online display ad fraud from the use of bot traffic. Well this advertising alternative seems like a great solution – from a company called Solve Media. The idea is simple. Instead of using captcha numbers and letters to prove you are a human — letters and numbers you can hardly recognize, you type in the slogan of the advertising piece.

This idea of theirs first came out around 4 years ago. You would think this would be enough time to for us to see it everywhere because who really wants to use a captcha form? Maybe it’s their website. There is no “start here” or price list for choosing a path or package. There is only a “Contact Sales” button. So I contacted sales. Let’s see what happens.
